Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and either Dutch, German, or French.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including editing and content creation.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams with high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience with various social media platforms and backend analytics, particularly Facebook, X, Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Outstanding engagement skills and conflict management.
  • Strong analytical and data reporting skills.
  • Effective organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Technical skills related to community platforms, Google Suite, and Mac are advantageous.
  • Experience in managing online communities or similar client-facing roles.
  • Experience organizing and reporting on community meetups and events.
Responsibilities:
  • Run the community daily according to SoG methodology to foster a safe and engaging environment.
  • Advocate for the organization within the community and represent community interests back to the organization.
  • Handle communication and conflicts during crises applying established methodologies.
  • Monitor community performance against KPIs and provide regular reports.
  • Facilitate discussions with client colleagues and engaged community members.
  • Assist in project management and ensure smooth team communication.
