Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Data Science or equivalent experience required.
• 6-8 years of total professional experience in Strategic Finance and/or Business Operations.
• Experience supporting go-to-market executives required.
• 3-4 years of experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company preferred.
• Spreadsheet modeling skills with Google Sheets and Excel required.
• Proficiency in reporting automation and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau).
• Proven ability to create operational models in Enterprise SaaS/Usage-based models.
• Experience with exit transactions such as IPO or M&A preferred.
• Interest in future people management opportunities preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models integrating corporate and functional GTM initiatives.
• Partner with key stakeholders to develop a long-range GTM planning strategy.
• Assess ROI metrics such as CAC, CLV, and churn analyses.
• Manage sales targets, collaborate on sales compensation plans, and assist process improvements.
• Develop pipeline analytics in partnership with Marketing.
• Support annual budgeting, corporate cash flow forecasting, and enhance forecasting models.
• Prepare board investor reports and tackle strategic ad-hoc tasks.
• Automate dashboard reporting and build scalable processes using SQL and Python.
