Requirements:

  • Assist with preparation and filing of estate tax returns to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Serve as main contact for clients, courts, attorneys, and agencies, providing clear communication.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and stay current on relevant legal codes, particularly California Probate Code.
  • Leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
