Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Field/Regional Marketing or similar role.
• Willingness to travel (40%) for programs and meetings.
• Experience with SFDC, including reporting and campaign management.
• Willingness to support marketing programs outside normal business hours.
• Ability to align strategies to open source go-to-market motion.
• Knowledge of Splash, Marketo, Clearbit, DemandTools, Google Analytics is a plus.
• Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is required.

Responsibilities:

• Drive adoption and lead generation programs to develop qualified sales leads.
• Lead quarterly planning with sales leadership to determine marketing objectives and strategies.
• Collaborate with regional sales on an integrated demand generation plan.
• Identify and execute in-person field events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Create event marketing plans including goals, budgets, schedules, and reporting.
• Drive collaboration within the regional marketing team on best practices.
• Monitor progress and measure results of key marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage a regional marketing dashboard to track effectiveness.
