- Preferably 2 – 3 years’ experience as a HR Generalist.
- Experience in a HR Shared Services/Delivery Center environment is advantageous.
- Good command of the English language in both written and oral communication.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office; Oracle knowledge is a plus.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Systematic approach with the capability to initiate process improvements.
- First point of contact for employees with unresolved queries.
- Answers frequent questions regarding HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Executes transactions not available through self-service.
- Completes employee requests and documents for compliance.
- Participates in planning HR Shared Services and developing systems.
- Ensures standard practices are followed in process mapping.
- Documents inquiries through ticketing and case management solutions.
- Identifies service issues and proposes improvements.
