Responsibilities:

• Contribute to various partner program and enablement projects, including knowledge management and content audits.
• Assist in updating content in the Partner Portal and maintaining an organized partner knowledge base.
• Support the development and distribution of training materials to partners.
• Assist in auditing, improving, and managing existing partner processes like onboarding workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Enablement colleagues on adoption tracking and analyze partner performance data.
