Requirements:

• 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Associate’s degree or higher.
• BA/BS in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of webinar/webcast experience preferred.
• Exceptional time management and planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Project management skills for managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate live webcasts with internal partners ensuring accuracy and detail.
• Manage new and existing recorded webcasts and enhance marketing efforts.
• Interpret industry topics to collaborate on new webcasts.
• Drive registrations through demand generation team efforts.
• Write and optimize marketing copy for various assets.
• Communicate with consultants and foster inter-departmental relationships.
• Assist with other event and conference tasks as needed.
