Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • 7+ years of experience in a Key environment preferred.
  • Experience with government or Department of Defense accounts.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within assigned Key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the book of business within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored strategies.
  • Regularly assess account performance and track customer feedback.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance and industry trends.
  • Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
