- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Active state license.
- 1 year of IEP directed therapy and evaluation experience in a school setting (CFY not included).
- Experience participating in IEP meetings, acting as a case manager, and completing eligibility determinations.
- Excellent communication skills with children from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Tech-savvy and experienced with tele-health services.
- Availability during traditional school hours (8:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday).
- Conduct SLP evaluations and provide direct SLP services to children.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to create treatment plans or IEPs, identifying specific SLP-related goals.
- Monitor each child's ongoing progress.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with parents, staff, and students regarding progress.
- Complete required documentation and data collection for IEP reports and evaluations.
- Meet regularly with teachers and specialists to discuss student modifications and ongoing issues.
- Participate in team meetings to ensure students' needs are met.
