Requirements:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• 1 year of IEP-directed therapy and evaluation experience in a school setting (CFY not included).
• Experience in IEP meetings, acting as a case manager, and completing eligibility determinations.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse children and families.
• Tech-savvy and experience with tele-health services on virtual platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct SLP evaluations and provide direct SLP services to children.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to create treatment plans or IEPs, identifying specific SLP-related goals.
• Monitor each child’s progress on an ongoing basis.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with parents, staff, and students regarding progress.
• Complete required documentation and data collection for IEP reports, goals, and evaluations.
• Meet regularly with educators and specialists to discuss student modifications or interventions.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing supervision to ensure students' needs are met.
