Proven track record of creating engaging, high-quality content for industry-specific audiences.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative in building new content processes and fostering team collaboration.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Develop industry-specific content for ABM ‘Lighthouse’ campaigns, including white papers, guides, thought leadership articles, blogs, and personalized messaging.
Partner closely with ABM managers and subject matter experts to create tailored content for high-priority accounts, ensuring it resonates with target audiences.
Build and implement processes to enhance collaboration between the ABM and Content teams, improving workflow efficiency and content impact.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to ABM managers on writing style and correctness, audience awareness, and messaging approaches/techniques to elevate the overall quality of copy across the team.
Stay up to date with industry trends and ensure content aligns with business objectives and current market needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and design, to maintain consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Drive innovation by integrating Artificial Intelligence into content creation processes to supplement and enhance the ABM team’s content development efforts.
