Requirements:

• Available to offer at least 7 sessions per week, with flexibility for additional sessions.
• Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness).
• Knowledge and commitment to providing culturally responsive care.
• Ability to deliver concurrent documentation.
• Familiarity and comfort with care delivery technology and EMR systems.
• A safe location with reliable internet for Zoom-based psychotherapy.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work within interdisciplinary teams.
• 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy.
• Licensed in relevant mental health fields without need for clinical supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.
• Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session.
• Maintain a personalized database for licensure and personal information.
• Keep availability calendar up to date.
• Stay in communication with clinical leadership, responding to work emails in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with a care team including health coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providers.
