Requirements:

• Available to offer at least 7 sessions per week, with the flexibility to increase as needed.
• Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness).
• Knowledge and commitment to culturally responsive care.
• Ability to deliver concurrent documentation.
• Familiarity with care delivery technology (video conferencing, EMR).
• 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy.
• Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.
• Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session.
• Maintain a personalized database for licensure proof and updates.
• Keep availability calendar updated.
• Stay in regular communication with clinical leadership.
• Work with a collaborative care team including health coaches and other therapists.
