Requirements:

• Available to offer at least 7 sessions per week, with flexibility for additional sessions.
• Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, etc.).
• Knowledge and commitment to providing culturally responsive care.
• Willingness to deliver concurrent documentation as part of the session rate.
• Comfortable using technology for care delivery including video conferencing and EMR.
• 3+ years experience in clinical psychotherapy.
• An independent clinical license to practice in good standing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.
• Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session.
• Maintain your personalized database to record proof of licensure, updates, and personal information.
• Keep your availability calendar up to date.
• Communicate regularly with clinical leadership, checking emails and responding promptly.
• Collaborate with a team including health coaches, other therapists, and psychiatrists.
