Responsibilities:

• Own the vision and roadmap for one of Webflow’s core visual development capabilities, Styles, including variables, selectors, and interactions.
• Drive the next generation of Webflow Interactions, leveraging the power of the GSAP library natively in Webflow.
• Bring the voice of the visual developer to product development, combining qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, user research, data, and GTM teams to develop new tools and capabilities.
• Balance UX details of styling single elements while also unlocking new capabilities for style and motion.
• Prioritize high-leverage areas across a massive surface area.
