Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance or a similar field.
3+ years experience in contract management, particularly in deal structuring for complex SaaS transactions.
Fluent written and spoken English (advanced C1).
Other languages like German, French, or Japanese are a plus.
Proficient knowledge of Salesforce and Apttus/Conga CPQ & CLM is an advantage.
Advanced user of MS Office: Word, Excel.
Strong business focus with a proven track record in commercial negotiations.
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent business correspondence skills.
Self-motivated, able to multitask, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage a Deal Desk process at ABBYY working cross-functionally across various stakeholder groups.
Develop in-depth knowledge of ABBYY’s licensing and pricing models.
Assist with non-standard deal requests and structure sophisticated deals.
Drive best practices to increase sales efficiency, including forecast calls and deal reviews.
Drive enhancements to the quote-to-order processes and policies.
