Requirements:

• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid MLA II (ICML), OMA (STLE) or higher certification.
• Valid ISO Vibration Category I or higher certification.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience as a certified oil/lubrication analyst.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis and troubleshoot lubricants.
• Understanding of industrial equipment and corrective actions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a startup environment and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a recognized expert in oil-based condition monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive oil analysis using the AssetWatch platform and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Consult with clients to tailor condition monitoring strategies.
• Collaborate with vibration and condition monitoring specialists for accurate diagnostics.
• Work with product and engineering teams to improve the AssetWatch platform.
• Drive development of new hardware and software solutions.
• Offer training sessions to empower clients in using the AssetWatch platform.
