Requirements:

• Completed degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in retail media, e-commerce, or digital advertising.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and management as well as achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professionalism and diligence in stakeholder interactions.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• High level of self-initiative, independence, and teamwork.
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips.

Responsibilities:

• Key driver for the development and scaling of Retail Media channels in the DACH market.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize advertising revenue.
• Identify and acquire new business partners while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and brand marketing teams to create tailored offers for clients.
• Create compelling sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with advertising partners.
• Oversee revenue and sales targets; prepare regular reports and forecasts.
• Participate in industry events and fairs to expand the network and strengthen the HelloFresh brand.
