Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Growth/Consulting/Strategy/Early stage startup roles, ideally in food or technology.
• Experience in performance marketing across a broad mix of channels.
• Strong strategic thinking with prioritization skills.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to develop clear hypotheses for alternate approaches.
• Understanding of local market consumer behavior and trends.
• Strong analytical skills with a robust understanding of performance management.
• Native Dutch speaker with strong proficiency in English.
• Highly proactive and flexible with a willingness to contribute to other marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Defining overall marketing strategy, including budgeting and target setting, across key local channels.
• Directly executing marketing strategy, including setup, partner outreach, and coordination with local agencies.
• Developing the voice of the Factor brand in the Netherlands & Belgium in collaboration with the marketing communications team.
• Collaborating with central teams for online marketing channels.
• Staying up to date on consumer behavior and trends to inform marketing strategy.
• Overall performance management and analysis across all channels.
• People management responsibility for a Jr. Content Manager.
