Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years in a Construction Project Assistant role or similar capacity.
Proficiency with project management software, including Dropbox, SCOOP, Google Suite, and manufacturers’ monitoring portals.
Competence with Red Line drawings and Single Line Diagrams for installation accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication as well as organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams including clients, management, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

Monitor systems for alerts and notify the team of issues needing attention.
Review historical projects for critical data documentation including warranty and production values.
Generate or verify production estimates for projects using tools like Helioscope or PV-Watts.
Create and manage manufacturer-specific monitoring portals with accurate layouts and data.
Conduct bill analysis of completed projects upon client request.
Validate project tracking data to ensure quality before completion.
