• Mediavine experience preferred.
• Experience in a publisher-facing role.
• Strong proficiency with Google Suite.
• Experience with communication platforms like Slack.
• Experience working with a CRM such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel for team retreats and events.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an established portfolio of publishers, focusing on retention and growth.
• Take on new accounts, build rapport, and foster trust and long-term partnerships.
• Proactively assess potential risks of churn and implement solutions.
• Advocate for publisher needs and address requests.
• Use data to provide tailored recommendations and deliver periodic business reviews.
• Maintain communication with each publisher and monitor their social accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and share key trends.
