Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 3+ years of experience in ad management, publisher-facing preferred.
• Experience with Mediavine, ad-tech, and understanding of products/services for publisher success.
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and de-escalate situations, with strong organization and time management skills.
• Empathy and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Connecting with internal stakeholders to source ideas for perks, programs, tools, and services that resonate with publishers.
• Developing relationships with partners and coordinating program rollouts.
• Acting as a liaison to address publishers' needs and surface ideas for new programs.
• Researching tools and services for Mediavine publishers and implementing new perks.
• Establishing communication strategies about perks to align with publisher needs.
• Conducting cost analysis and tracking perk adoption to assess effectiveness.
