Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in online advertising, particularly in campaign management and media planning.
  • Programmatic and CTV experience highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of various ad technologies (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs) and ad servers (SpringServe preferred).
  • Inventory Management experience is a strong plus.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Sheets and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage planning initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute plans.
  • Own tactical plan development, recommendation building, and negotiations across respective channels.
  • Fulfill RFP's based on existing supply and set pricing based on market conditions.
  • Analyze supply performance and manage external facing site lists.
  • Ensure media plans are executed properly and optimize end-to-end campaigns.
  • Resolve open projects, develop reports on campaign performance, and maintain client relationships.
