Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintaining fire extinguishers is essential.
• Qualification in BAFE / FETA or equivalent.
• Mechanical fire service experience.
• Strong background in customer service.
• Ability to work independently and effectively troubleshoot issues.
• Willingness to travel and participate in training as necessary.
• Additional experience in other mechanical fire systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service and maintenance of fire extinguishers, hose reels, and fire suppression systems for local clients.
• Install, service, and maintain portable fire extinguishers, hose reels, and kitchen fire suppression systems.
• Adhere to current industry standards and customer specifications.
• Plan and conduct service visits efficiently to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Manage equipment and vehicle stock effectively.
• Contribute to a professional team environment while maintaining high service standards.
