Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in a high-performance sustainability projects environment
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like MS Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in fast-moving environments and a proven track record of improving customer experiences

Responsibilities:

• Lead on the Design & Launch of Supply Chain Engagement Programmes
• Leverage sustainability expertise to implement Supply Chain Engagement and Decarbonisation programmes
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to define objectives and KPIs
• Build deliverables like strategy documents and decarbonisation roadmaps
• Ensure suppliers are aligned on programme goals through sessions
• Provide ongoing strategic guidance to customers during decarbonisation journeys
• Conduct quarterly strategic reviews with customers
• Share customer feedback with product teams to drive improvements
