Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Library Science, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in software management, process management, or a related role.
• Strong technical skills, with experience in bibliographic or similar software systems.
• Proven track record of managing complex processes and optimizing workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams and vendors to develop, customize, and maintain bibliographic software.
• Manage end-to-end bibliographic processes and implement best practices.
• Work with content, cataloging, and tech teams to align the software with organizational goals.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Develop training materials and documentation for internal teams.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and accurate bibliographic records.
• Audit workflow and support projects related to software upgrades and process improvements.
