Requirements:

• Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience managing and executing strategic projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience delivering transformation programs with senior stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to enforce metrics that drive efficiency and reduce costs.
• Strong capabilities in data analysis, operational modeling, and complex project structuring.
• Exceptional project management skills, PMI certification preferred.
• Ability to lead globally dispersed project teams and cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and execute high-impact projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze and assess a program of initiatives with business owners and stakeholders.
• Manage assigned programs under the S&E methodology and track status with PM tools.
• Prepare and present insightful reports for senior management’s decision-making.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
