Requirements:
- Experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS in the Contact Center or Conversational AI environment.
- Possesses a hunter mentality and is passionate about winning.
- Confident navigating sales cycles with management levels, particularly C-Level.
- Highly organized and disciplined, functioning well in a remote environment.
- Strong professional communication skills and a customer-centric demeanor.
- Ability to drive a sales cycle independently while utilizing internal resources.
- Comfortable leveraging a partner channel to support the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new enterprise companies from all industries within the UKI region.
- Building and maintaining an effective pipeline through self-directed prospecting and collaboration with Business Development Representatives.
- Running full sales cycles from account planning to contract negotiation and closing.
- Taking a consultative approach with senior executives to map value and drive Digital Transformation.
- Coordinating responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Collaborating with various team members to enhance the sales process.
- Representing Cognigy at trade fairs or industry events.
- Preparing and conducting demos, presentations, and customer meetings.
- Using CRM effectively to track sales cycles and engagement.
