• Minimum of 8 years of financial experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, VC, Strategic Finance, or similar FP&A role in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in financial modeling with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent business acumen and communication skills for extracting insights from data and crafting executive communications.

Responsibilities:

• Elevate financial planning from budget management to maximizing ROI on each R&D and G&A dollar.
• Build and own financial forecast models aligning strategic objectives with operational execution.
• Drive key operating cadences including monthly business reviews, bi-annual forecasting, and annual strategic planning for R&D and G&A organizations.
• Continuously improve financial processes and contribute to team and business scalability.
