Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in construction project management, especially in the electric or energy sector.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant solar or energy storage project management experience.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP and ISO9000.
• Proficiency in Project Planning and Management Software, including Procore, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in contract negotiation and establishing design and build contracts.
• Ability to apply knowledge across various engineering disciplines.
• Commitment to safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct project meetings and communicate project status clearly.
• Prepare key project documents including proposals and cost estimates.
• Coordinate engineering resources for project deliverables.
• Manage in-field construction activities and subcontractors.
• Perform quality control and progress inspections at construction sites.
• Maintain project cost and scheduling reports.
• Ensure documentation related to project delivery is organized and up to date.
• Expedite deliverables from engineers and suppliers.
• Assist in contract document review and negotiation.
