Requirements:

3+ years of product marketing or partner marketing experience at a fast-growing technology, agency, or advisory firm.
Expertise in marketing automation, email marketing, CRM, loyalty, feedback, and web/mobile technology.
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to quickly adapt and take on projects.
Strong project management skills with analytical abilities and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage the execution of product launches and releases with the VP of Marketing and product team.
Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence, conduct win/loss and churn analysis.
Produce collateral that communicates Thanx platform capabilities and value propositions.
Act as a product expert for the organization, creating help articles and sales materials.
Drive activities resulting in increased win rates, adoption, renewals, NPS, and revenue.
