Requirements:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
• 3+ years minimum of experience on Salesforce Platform designing and developing solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud using Salesforce Best Practices and Standards.
• 3+ years minimum of experience using both programmatic (Apex, VF Pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components) and declarative (process builder, flows, data security, validations) tools.
• 1+ years minimum of experience with Salesforce Order Management.
• Hands-on experience defining and implementing data sharing model.
• Extensive experience developing advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, complex triggers, Visualforce pages, SOQL, scheduled batch jobs, and SOAP/REST Integrations.
• Proven experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of environment management, release management, and deployment methodologies.
• Proven experience working with diverse teams including sales, customer service, IT, and operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the set-up and continued development of the Salesforce OMS as the central OMS.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce OMS and other third-party platforms.
• Advise on Salesforce-native features and customize solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance order management processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Develop software verification plans, test procedures, and unit/integration test cases to achieve 90% test coverage.
• Adhere to defined coding standards and develop maintainable, easy to understand code.
• Create and maintain documentation for technical designs, processes, and procedures.
• Effectively debug and resolve reported issues from the production system.
