Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Reinsurance Broking, Reinsurance Underwriting, or Ceded Reinsurance with a focus on casualty reinsurance programs.
Experience preferred in structured reinsurance, collateralized reinsurance, and ILS structures.
Proven ability to originate relationships and execute deals timely with strong relationship-building skills.
Expertise in presenting to C-Suite Executives.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a collaborative work attitude.
Expertise in analyzing market trends for strategic insights.
Proficient in mathematical concepts like probability and statistical inference.
ARe, CPCU, and/or Series 7 are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Originate, structure, and produce Casualty ILS transactions alongside Ledger Capital Markets.
Develop innovative reinsurance solutions focused on capital efficiency.
Coordinate internal resources like data analytics, actuarial services, and contracts for successful deal execution.
Create compelling and accurate pitch decks for re/insurance companies.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on insurance and reinsurance.
Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of documents supporting ILS transactions.
