Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in people management.
• 10+ years of experience in high performance computing.
• Proven experience in developing production quality high performance software for CPUs, GPUs, or other devices.
• Proven experience in system level performance analysis and runtime performance optimizations.
• Robust understanding of hardware architectures such as CPUs, GPUs, or other accelerators.

Responsibilities:

• Be deeply involved in technical details, design, goal setting, and execution to meet product and customer requirements.
• Nurture collaboration with compiler, kernels, frameworks, serving and product teams for optimal performance.
• Lead and collaborate to understand customer performance needs and scale product across customers and hardware vendors.
• Make architectural decisions, mentor team members, and establish strong expertise within the team.
