• Experience partnering with engineering leaders on hiring strategies.
• Innovative in sourcing strategies across multiple markets.
• Experience in candidate closes and understanding metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Run an efficient and high-touch full-lifecycle recruitment process.
• Own sourcing for diverse roles including talent mapping and market research.
• Leverage tools like Greenhouse and Gem for tracking and data integrity.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and align recruitment priorities.
• Operate with urgency in a fast-paced startup environment.
