Requirements:

• Practical ‘on-the-tools’ installation experience in paving and hard landscape construction.
• Customer-focused and self-driven communication skills.
• Ability to effectively mediate.
• Resilience in a demanding environment.
• Self-motivated and dynamic.
• Must have a valid driving license and be able to commute.

Responsibilities:

• Support a network of skilled driveway installers and landscape contractors.
• Maintain the Marshalls Accredited Installer Scheme.
• Assess workmanship and service quality of current and potential members.
• Complete on-site training and product demonstrations.
• Provide mediation in disputes and technical assistance.
• Encourage recruitment and retention of installers.
