Requirements:

• 5+ years experience working in a technology startup.
• Experience working with founders and executing quickly with a strong product focus.
• Strong operational management skills and passion for delivering results.
• STEM background preferred and result/data-driven leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple distributed teams.
• Experience working in a remote first startup is a plus.
• 2+ years in Strategy Consulting or investment banking is a plus.
• Familiarity with the blockchain industry and development of Layer 2 networks is a plus.
• Program & Project Management skills for communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Own all of Argent’s internal operations, ensuring peak performance driven by clear strategy and goals.
• Ensure well-defined strategy with clear goals effectively communicated across the business.
• Continuously improve people processes to maintain best in class employee retention.
• Lead various people projects such as coaching and learning development programs.
• Work with founders to enhance company culture while improving performance.
• Ensure alignment and collaboration across product, marketing, engineering, and support teams.
