Bilingual (Spanish) Technical Writer Intern

Requirements:

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English (ability to read, write, and speak in both languages).
• Strong desire to learn and professional drive to succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, personable and dependable.
• Familiarity with drafting internal and/or external communications content including employee memos, press releases, and media advisories.
• Experience creating engaging social media content.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to assist in administrative duties including updating media page on website.
• Interest in learning social media and traditional media analytics and performance metrics.
• Current enrollment in a related BS or master’s degree is preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office Products.
• Strong organizational and/or project management skills, and excellent writing and editing skills in French.

Responsibilities:

• Write, update, and edit end user-focused technical documentation related to the Keeper Security suite of products in Spanish.
• Develop, produce, and edit end-user training videos related to the Keeper Security suite of products in Spanish.
• Contribute to and optimize our Translation Management System using Spanish language skills.
