• Strong communication and active listening skills, as well as the ability to leverage probing questions to resolve issues.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask.
• High school diploma or GED; an Associate's degree is a plus.
• Strong keyboard skills and basic MS Office knowledge.
