Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working in the areas of Computer Vision and Deep Learning.
• 3+ years experience in Video Processing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working in a cross-disciplinary team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to design and implement novel video analysis approaches.
• Experience with Language Models, Transformers, or Generative AI is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Proven track record of solving hard problems in CV and Deep Learning.
• Experience working with Python.
• Experience with deep learning and CV libraries.
• PhD or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
• Organized, self-sufficient, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and develop state-of-the-art AI models for video understanding problems.
• Work with large datasets of video content, create data collection pipelines, and preprocess data to train and evaluate AI models effectively.
• Train deep learning models for video-related tasks, validate and optimize model performance, and ensure scalability for real-world applications.
• Collaborate with other members of the R&D team in research and development of solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams to understand and identify business problems and find scientific solutions.
• Contribute to new product development.
• Work closely with the engineering team to achieve computational requirements and deploy models to production.
• Engage in knowledge sharing and documentation across the R&D team.
