Requirements:

• A reel and/or portfolio showcasing expertise in talent direction.
• Awareness of effective social media and performance creative best practices.
• Ability to interpret and apply conversion-based feedback.
• Proficiency in budgeting and expense tracking.
• Strong understanding of remote production workflow, creatively and technically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Professional conduct in a remote-first environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Adaptability to stay updated with industry best practices.
• Prior experience in performance marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Receive production requests/creative briefs and develop them into production plans.
• Identify resources needed for project execution at the required quality.
• Review Brand & Legal information in received briefs.
• Convert briefs into detailed shot lists as necessary.
• Assess potential production roadblocks with Supervising Producer and Production Manager.
• Generate a library of raw assets by remotely directing talent.
• Follow best practices for media management.
• Attend pre-production and post-mortem meetings for assigned productions.
• Ensure raw video assets are delivered on time with proper quality standards.
• Stay updated with department best practices and apply performance learnings.
