• A reel or portfolio showcasing expertise in beauty industry content creation.
• Awareness of social media performance and conversion feedback.
• Strong production workflow understanding, both creatively and technically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in shooting with various camera types, including DSLRs and iPhones.
• Advanced understanding of lighting techniques and equipment setup.

Responsibilities:

• Receive production requests and briefs from Supervising Producers and develop them into production plans.
• Identify necessary resources to meet production quality for client goals.
• Review Brand & Legal information from briefs and convert them into detailed shot lists.
• Work with Supervising Producers and Production Managers to address production roadblocks.
• Direct, shoot, and support set operations in pre-production.
• Ensure timely delivery of raw video assets with proper quality standards.
• Attend production calls and post-mortem meetings as required.
• Research trends and integrate findings into content creation.
