Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in credentialing, with significant leadership experience in the healthcare sector.
• Proven success in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement credentialing strategies aligned with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Oversee onboarding for new employee credentialing.
• Manage COI and collaboration agreement process for medical providers.
• Improve credentialing systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Act as a liaison between departments to enhance communication on credentialing needs.
• Manage relationships with external partners to ensure required credentialing is met.
