Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare law, regulatory compliance, or transactions.
• Expertise in healthcare regulatory frameworks (CMS, HIPAA, Stark Law).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain healthcare compliance policies.
• Advise on regulatory requirements for service lines.
• Guide credentialing processes and regulatory matters.
• Draft and negotiate agreements focused on compliance.
• Provide legal guidance on ACO growth and reimbursement.
• Deliver staff training on compliance and legal practices.
• Manage caseloads efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on healthcare laws and trends.
• Assist leadership with regulatory risks and opportunities.
