Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high growth startup or large organization.
• Ability to source candidates, manage interview processes, and conduct negotiations.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Work authorized in the United States.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Create talent acquisition strategy based on hiring managers' needs.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels.
• Manage the complete talent acquisition process.
• Evaluate and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Organize marketing campaigns for job boards and industry websites.
• Maintain relationships with external recruiting partners.
• Develop key networks to broaden applicant pool.
• Meet with candidates to convey Charlie Health's mission.
