Senior Counsel, Corporate and Securities

Requirements:

• 8+ years of legal experience at a top tier law firm and in-house legal department.
• A J.D. and current membership in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar.
• Deep knowledge of corporate and securities laws and SEC reporting.
• Experience working on a variety of M&A transactions.
• Proactive, driven, and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and business judgment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with corporate legal matters, including corporate governance, M&A, venture investing, and equity administration.
• Ensure the Company remains compliant with all applicable corporate and securities laws and regulations.
• Help lead public company readiness projects.
• Provide support and advice relating to the Company’s expanding international operations.
• Help build and maintain a robust, public company-ready corporate compliance program.
• Build processes and infrastructure to scale the legal function.
• Partner with critical collaborators across accounting, finance, people, and communications.
