Requirements:

• Ability to manage requests from multiple sources and prioritize workload.
• Experience in high-quality break-fix support in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to monitor and maintain complex cloud-based systems.
• Experience in creating Azure applications and configuring user flows.
• Knowledge of identity protocols such as OpenID, OAuth2.0, and SAML2.0.
• Strong experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline automation, and developing Azure Functions.

Responsibilities:

• Providing timely break-fix support to resolve system issues and minimizing downtime.
• Conducting proactive and reactive maintenance to monitor system performance and capacity.
• Providing 3rd line support for Azure customer identity and integration services.
• Implementing real-time monitoring tools and developing incident response procedures.
• Conducting regular vulnerability assessments and enforcing security policies.
• Collaborating with development teams for application security and integration requirements.
