Requirements:

• 5+ years of product experience leading roadmap development and projects.
• 2+ years of experience integrating solutions with third-party applications via APIs; POS experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and set ambitious goals.
• Familiarity with high-growth operations and problem-solving in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate bottlenecks.
• Data-driven, capable of creating reports/analytics and troubleshooting APIs using tools like SQL and Postman.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and work with engineering and operations stakeholders to expand and enhance integrations.
• Collaborate with research, design, UX, and analytics to identify customer needs and develop solutions.
• Establish near-term and long-term roadmaps for integration success.
• Learn industry integration solutions and educate on ezCater's value.
• Communicate unique concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
