Requirements:

• 2-3 years of compensation program development experience.
• 3-5 years of data management and analytic experience.
• Strong compensation tools/system experience.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS and/or technology industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive compensation analysis initiatives, ensuring Bloomerang pay structures remain competitive, fair, and aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assess job roles and compensation, delivering strategic recommendations based on data insights while keeping systems updated.
• Oversee the collection and analysis of people data, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Work alongside HR and organizational leaders to implement data-driven HR strategies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to HR team members and organizational managers on HR analytics and compensation.
• Propose and implement process improvements and innovative tools to enhance analytical efficiency.
