Requirements:

• 1-3+ years of experience in campaign marketing or event marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and detail-oriented.
• Experience managing budgets and adjusting strategies for improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation systems, including HubSpot.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Provider or Payer market is desired but not required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and optimize marketing programs, campaigns, and events to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives from concept to execution and analysis.
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, content, and operations teams.
• Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and adjust strategies.
• Manage program budgets and foster relationships with external vendors.
• Stay updated on industry trends and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
